Executive Chef Jeremy Coste was brought up with flour, butter and sugar in his veins as his family own and run a French bakery in a little town called Grenoble. He was trained in classic French patisserie at Institut Paul Bocuse, followed by a period working under 2 Michelin-Starred chef Jean Francois Piege in Paris.

Raised around a family food business based on tradition, using all-natural, local produce, and reared in French kitchens with the most exacting, high standards, Jeremy combines his experience to produce the sweet things that he loves, with the best-quality ingredients and a thoughtful process.
